Winchester/NRA Marksmanship Qualification Program

Women have an exciting incentive to improve (or start developing) their marksmanship skills with the Winchester/NRA Marksmanship Qualification Program.

Obtain the Winchester/NRA Marksmanship Qualification booklet (either online at the Program Materials Center or by calling 800-336-7402 and ordering item # EQ 09525), or peruse the Marksmanship Qualification Program website. Select the course of fire you want to use, and order the corresponding Women On Target^® Rifle, Pistol, or Shotgun qualification patch. (Ordering all of the corresponding rating awards at the same time -- certificates, rockers, and medals -- will save you money.)

As you complete each rating requirement, fill out your certificate and add your rocker to the Women On Target^® Patch on your vest or jacket.

Start tracking your practice scores on the firing line, and watch your skills progress from beginning ratings (Pro-Marksman andMarksman) through intermediate ratings (Marksman 1st Class,Sharpshooter, andExpert) up to a nationally-recognized rating --Distinguished Expert.

Change disciplines (pistol to rifle or shotgun, for example) and you can vie forDouble Distinguished Expert. Change again, and you can be aTriple Distinguished Expert.

If you participate using the Women On Target^® theme patches, NRA's Women's Programs Department will promote you, your picture, and your Distinguished Expert success on the Women On Target^® Distinguished Expert webpage.
